I think this has been reported before, but I cannot find it. Last night it happened again: Video froze, audio kept going. Of course it had to pull this stunt just as the climax to the episode was occurring, and it was live TV 
Happened a few days ago, or last week, too. And, again: At the worst possible time.
I had thought Channels' devs knew what was causing this and were going to take measures to address it.
