In the past (until recently) my TVE from YouTube TV has had SyFy. I can log in with my YTV credentials on syfy.com, but it doesn't show up in Channels. I have rescanned, etc, but it's just gone. no reference to it anywhere in the channel list.

Well, that sucks. SyFy, USA, and Bravo are 95% of what I use TVE for.
