Lost all channels from Xfinity. Login no longer works because they want to send a code to my phone, and I have no place to enter that code.
Try these.
I don't add an email or phone for recovery on my secondary accounts.
You can use a curl command to update the username and password in Channels DVR, or just remove and re-add the Xfinity source using the new username/password..

I am and always have used a secondary user account. All 2fa are turned off. I started to lose my TVE channels tonight, and did a rescan and they all failed. Deleted the xfinity account off Channels and tried to add it back, but now I get the image that I posted earlier
Try adding another Viewer role account name at Xfinity and don't give any email or phone for recovery.
I use three secondary Viewer role accounts, and they all work.
Well the primary user on the account (my 95 year old dad) who loves to tinker with settings went in and turned on 2fa for all the accounts yesterday. I logged into Xfinity and changed my account back. Problem solved.
