Xfinity TVE 401 Unauthorized: "Data not found"

I'm on Xfinity TVE and it is maddening, networks work one day and then stop working. When I rescan I get the following:
authn: POST: https://sp.auth.adobe.com/adobe-services/session: 401 Unauthorized: "Data not found"

Examples:
ESPN worked for months, now I get the above error
CNN was giving the above error, now it works
Dozens of other networks that used to work are now giving the error.

No issues when I run troubleshooting

I've submitted diagnostics, and so far it has not been solvable.

Anyone else know how to make the following stop:
authn: POST: https://sp.auth.adobe.com/adobe-services/session: 401 Unauthorized: "Data not found"

What is your TVE setup?
Have you tested your account on the Xfinity website?

Currently for example I cannot get CNN, ESPN, Fox News Channel and many other live TV stations to work within the Channels app.

Please note the following

  • I can watch all of these live stations when I am logged into the Xfinity Website.
  • I can watch each of these live stations when I go to the website and login with my Xfinity username and password
    -I can watch each of these live stations via the specific downloaded app on Apple TV, and login with my Xfinity username and password

However, within Channels, when I add Xfinity as a Live TV source and perform a scan, I have multiple stations ( including those listed above) that do not work, and I receive the following message:
authn: POST: https://sp.auth.adobe.com/adobe-services/session: 401 Unauthorized: "Data not found"

So in summary, I can view live TV via the Xfinity website, via the specific station website, and via each individual Apple TV app. I just cannot view these live TV stations via TVE within the Channels app. Which is of course where I want to view them due to the excellent Guide interface, and having a single one-stop guide to include all of my OTA stations, Pluto TV, and Xfinity. Including when mobile via my phone and Tailscale.

Very frustrating

Have you tried removing the Xfinity TVE source and adding it again?
