Xfinity TVE Error

When I try to sign into Xfinity TVE I get the following error:

Not in Subscription

Has anyone seen this? Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks!

Can you Link Provider Xfinity at https://www.nbc.com/live and stream there?
Or does it give you an error?

What are you running the Channels DVR server on?

Does running Support > Troubleshooting from the DVR admin web UI show all green checkmarks?

I am running it on a Raspberry Pi. I have two Xfinity accounts, one internet only and one with TV and internet. I am using a login from my TV and Internet account.

Exactly. you need to go disable auto login in your xfinity account settings

I am confused. I do not have the accounts linked. I have separate user names for each. What do I need to turn off? Thanks

You also should be using an account name that is viewer only for Channels DVR.

I thought it was working. Now this pops up:

My guess is an old version of chrome is being used.
You can see the version by looking at the DVR log. Mine is v109

Also When you enter your username in Channels DVR, don't use the email address [email protected], just username
