Xfinity TVE Issue - August 2021

All of the Comcast channels have the below error. Any idea how to fix this? I have a Synology NAS as my DVR.

What version of the DVR software are you running? There have been lots of TVE fixes recently, I’d recommend going to the latest pre-release to see if it fixes the problem.

As of 6a, I was on the latest pre-release from yesterday.

Submit diagnostics and email support.

Are you on DSM6 or DSM7?

I have recently updated to 7

Given the chrome version it reports I'd say your running it in the Channels Synology package.
If you're using the latest package for DSM 7.0 ChannelsDVR_1.1.0.spk, I recommend updating to the latest prerelease version 2021.08.19.0105 and try rescanning the failing channels one by one.

I couldn't get Science channel, but once I put Channels DVR in a docker container on my Synology it worked.

What does that mean?

All My XFINITY TVE Discovery etc... are all working. I am running TVE on a Docker container also.

I'm not sure what Docker is

I'm also using TVE with DirecTV and it's working as it should

Are you still using the original Channels DVR Synology package for DSM6 (ChannelsDVR_1.0.5.spk) that runs as user root

or did you update to the new Channels DVR Synology package for DSM7 (ChannelsDVR_1.1.0.spk) that runs as user channels

I'll have to confirm when I get home but I'd imagine I'm running whatever I installed 2 years ago on my NAS (DSM6). Do you recommend removing that version and installing the new version (DSM7)?

Then it would be the old DSM6 package.
No, I don't recommend installing the new version. The old one will continue running.
It's just that if you had to reinstall for some reason, you would have to use the new DSM7 package as the old one would fail installation on DSM7.

The issue was resolved by removing Xfinity and adding it back. Thanks all for the suggestions!
