This just started happening in the last few months. I have a virtual channel that cycles thru about 25 HEVC videos and the FireTV app keeps crashing every 10-15 minutes. It'll be playing just fine, then stop and go back to "Preparing your TV...." then show the guide. Select the show again, and 15 minutes later it does the same thing. None of my other channels seem affected, just this one. I've tried clearing the cache, restarting the device, everything short of reinstalling the app. I had it on Hybrid decoding, switched it to Hardware, and that didn't fix it either. Any suggestions?
Software decoding?
Also, does this happen in non-Amazon clients?
