I have discovered that on my FireTV if I try to use the shortcut keys to access the guide or other sections when a channel is playing it crashes the app. They work fine when the app is not playing. I have tested both with a keyboard and using the HTTP API and I observe the same issue with both interfaces.
Can you submit diagnostics from the app and select Crash after it happens
