Direct TV TVE "No Login Form Found"

The other day I started to notice certain channels coming from TV Everywhere Direct TV. I updated Windows, deleted and try to add the Direct TV TVE Source....but now I keep getting this message. Anyone else experience this or know a soluation?

yep, emailed and sent my logs in for review....haven't heard back on this yet.

Ran the most recent update, rebooted the server. Tried adding Direct Tv. Get the following still
