My Channels DVR app has been going black (no audio either). I need to reset the fire stick to get it working again. Happens on 2 different devices.
Try changing the Decoder setting in the app?
Ok. It’s been working for a while and I haven’t changed anything though.
Not sure if anyone else experienced this, but on each Firestick that I have, it lost network connectivity over the past 24 to 48 hours. I assumed there was some kind of device update. This was not related to the Channels app.
The easiest solution I found was to pull power to the stick and then give it back to do a hard restart and it would then reconnect to the wireless network without issue.
