I did yes, tried it on multiple browsers too.
When you did these steps, did you see a spinner as it scanned your locals?
If so, you can try submitting DVR diagnostics, but it's probably an NBC issue.
The only other thing I can think of to try is to change your DNS server IP to use your ISP's DNS or 8.8.8.8 (Google DNS) or 1.1.1.1 (Cloudflare DNS).
Here's when it happened to me, and I remember others posting similar issues.

Yes, I did see the spinner. Also, when I put in https://localhost:8089 it says the following:
I click advanced and continue but I am not sure if it is doing as you are saying.
Yes, browser warns you that the certificate isn't for site you're at
Then after you continue and enable Local Networks the browser prompts to allow location service
After clicking Allow you get the spinner as it scans your locals
If it worked, you should have your local channels
I just tried with an xfinity login as well and I still donât get NBC. I went through the logs and it doesnât even look like it is trying to authorize NBC. I donât see it anywhere in my logs.
If one of your TVE sources is Xfinity or Spectrum, you should use the Update Password on that source to clear the chromedata folder before trying again.
I see it in the log from when I did it for the example I posted above. I would submit DVR diagnostics.

I'm not sure, but it looks like Channels DVR authed w/NBC
but NBC cannot determine your geo-location to let you watch your local station.
So itâs showing that it authorized NBC? It doesnât even show up on the manage channels list on that tv source.

Shouldn't NBC be one of the first channels to scan? It is going straight to ABC
What you're showing there [TVE] Channel scan... looks like the log from when it added the TVE source, not experimental local network channels, which is different and can't even be added until the TVE source is done being added. My Xfinity [TVE] Channel scan starts scanning with CSPAN after authing with nbcentertainment, so maybe U-verse is different.
I've offered all the advice I can. Submit DVR diagnostics so the devs can take a look.

You can contact nbc support and tell them you're not getting the right station on their website.
There's nothing we can do on our end.

Itâs not that. Iâm not getting any NBC station. Not even the main one.
NBC has a problem with it's geo-location.
I just went to their live website and it shows WNBC as my local station.
Same using Brave, Edge and Firefox.
And I have ipv6 disabled on my NAS, PC and router.
Using Cloudflare quad 1 for DNS (1.1.1.1)
You could try disabling ipv6 on your router and see what happens on nbc.com/live
When the dvr connects to that site it's not getting any stream. You posted all the errors above. The errors are coming from nbc instead of the video stream. Like I said it's out of our control.
