I have a 2nd-Gen Fire Stick Model LY73PR that I recently brought on vacation to use for streaming. When I run the Channels app, it plays live and recorded OTA programs perfectly fine (from HDHomeRun Connect 4K), but whenever I try to play anything from a cable channel (Xfinity from HDHomeRun Prime) I don't get any audio. The video comes through ok, but the audio is just a static/clicky noise. I had the same experience on multiple TV's and it doesn't matter whether the program is live or recorded. Does anyone know what the problem is?
Settings > Playback > Surround Sound: Off
