Its still BETA for a reason. You gotta enjoy the channels that still work DRM-free and hassle-free as you can. Otherwise, get a cablecard (if you can with a cable company), get Fubo and use the fubo bridge or get a HDMI encoder.
I have the fubo bridge and HDMI encoder setup. i've pretty much stopped the use of TVE.
if you have an email that was never uesd for FUBO just waiti for them to send an offer and take it.
i got one that not only gave me a month free i got Fubo for $79.99 plus regional sports.
I paied $15.99 for a month fo Fubo.
I could probably useanother email address and apply the same promo. but don't want to play with stuff.

And... they're gone again for me after working for a little while. Same MVPD error.
I looked in the logs and my credentials are authenticated with my provider just fine, the error happens after that when channels tries to authenticate that token to Fox sports. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.

I've been having this issue and finally found that FS1 was listed in Spectrum and Sling and it was the Sling channel that was getting the mvpd error. When I disabled sling it started working on the Spectrum Source. So maybe it will keep working now.
Just tested on latest pre-release (2025.07.19.0550) and using Fubo TVE credentials and no issues for me. Can't confirm if I would have had issues with previous version however, I don't access FS1/2 frequently.
Actually justed turned FS1 from Sling back on and recorded something fine last night.

Yep and weird that it works one day and not the next. It does seem to be provider specific.
I don’t actually have sling, I did a long time ago but there were some channels I could still access without a plan so I left the source in there. So if there is a subscription for FS1, I’m sure my sling account doesn’t have access.
Anyone having issues with this again? I'm getting the following error in Sources via Spectrum for both FS1 and FS2:
foxsports regcode: reg_code missing
Tried searching here for this error code and got nothing. Thoughts?
Both of them are working for me today, but who knows tomorrow.

Removing the source completely and re-adding fixed it for me.
Be careful doing this if using Hulu.
I did remove the source and readded…seems to work now.
I have FS2 as one of my TVE channels because it's an IPTV channel for me on Xfinity (HD version/SD is QAM) - and my HDHR Prime doesn't pick it up the HD version
For the last year or so it's been "intermittent at best" - never know if its going to work, or the WHY it isn't working..
Frustrating
On a lark, i uninstalled/re-installed and it works now...
i tried it 2-3 weeks ago 3 separate times and it didn't solve it
crossing fingers that this will fix on a more permanent basis
Since the switch to Fox One they both work fine for me via TVE.

Running into this issue. I’ve tried rescanning, deleting source and re-adding, restarting Channels docker container. No luck. What do you mean by uninstall?
