NFL Network "Cable provider authentication failed" December 2022

None are working im just saying i have a couple cable logins from immediate family. I think nfl network is a lost cause if the stream only lasts 30 minutes. Might have to use the nfl app sadly.

Okay, just trying to collect the info of which cable providers they are, what version of Channels everyone is using, and what it is installed on to see if there are any commonalities. @Marino13 above says it is working with FuboTV still, so hoping to find out what's the difference?

I don't believe this is a lost cause at all; it just looks like some new type of authentication error. Unfortunately, I agree that we'll have to use the NFL App (very sadly) until the Devs can fix it.

Confirming what constitute a Ticket. I submitted the logs through the settings dashboard and I see an e-mail link on the main webpage support page. Is there another way to submit a ticket?

FYI, I couldn't get that same method to work with PBS because of the DRM, so that again tells me that the NFL Network stream is not DRM.

The logs are all screaming a change in the authentication method.

Usually the Developers are right on it, have they responded to your official ticket yet? (I'm thinking we wouldn't all need to open a ticket)

I would think that more data points are better. Appears not everyone is having the issue.

Who is your Provider

What error message you see in Rescan Channels for the NFL channel

Submit diagnostic logs from the DVR web UI
Settings > Support > Troubleshooting > Submit Diagnostic Logs
and post the diagnostic logs ID displayed
"Logs have been submitted as xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx"

To be fair, we've gotten one report of working still (although I'd like to hear more to get some data points on what is different). Not exactly a scientific poll, but something is amiss.
