Playback failed!

I get an error message of Playback Failed when trying to watch anything on the Channels App on my Firestick 4k. I can watch local channels with the HDHomerun app, and I can also watch my Philo channels with the Philo app, but I cannot watch any of them on the Channels App without receiving this message. I have recently connected my Ready Nas DVR to a new network since we moved, but it is showing the correct IP address on the Channels App settings.

Try stopping the app from FireTV settings under Apps

Just tried that. I can now watch what is picked up via the HDHomerun tuner, but it appears as if it may be an issue with the Philo connection. The Philo channels still do the same thing.

I deleted the Philo connection and reloaded it. I also received the error message "Tunner Not Responding"

I also submitted a new diagnostic.
