Same issue as others. Can login to website with no problems. Updated source password - did not make a difference. Reminds me of same adobe issue in the past for other stations.
Well TVE side on CDVR.
TVE works fine using Discovery Go on browser.
Maybe the devs can fix this within CDVR.
I had Cox source disabled but just enabled it.
Tried with Cox source
and all Discovery Ch auth and play.
Tried again on admin page using DirectvStream and they play
BUT using cox source per the logs.
So it’s not ALL sources failing, Cox works.
It appears it is only affecting Win 11 servers. Working fine on Synology NAS.
I have a Windows 11 server and Spectrum is my TVE source. As of now, my Discovery channels are streaming without issue.
When using CDVR TVE, you should always update pre-release when you encounter TVE issues.

Yes, I always try the Pre-Release whenever I have issues, It didn't fix the problem this time, which is why I posted. I updated to the new one in your message and tried again, still no good.
So, I decided to try a reinstall. Uninstalled what I had, rebooted, reinstalled, rebooted and tried to set up the tuner again using the stable version. Still no good. Updated to the Pre-Release again and tried again, still not getting any discovery channels.
Edited to add that the new Pre-Release changed the error message to - adobe auth reg code: Cable provider authentication failed
Wouldn't hurt to submit diagnostic logs again if the latest release didn't fix it.
True, try the latest release ….. maybe.
I always read the update notes, i have not seen any regarding Discovery channels TVE which the devs usually explicitly mention, so I stick with the Stable.

I installed the latest pre-release, stopped and restarted CDVR, Disabled Cox so it wouldn't try that Source.
Still failed from Admin page and Onn. Onn failure says

Instead of posting parts of the log you think are appropriate, just submit diagnostic logs.
You have multiple providers and what you posted is showing both YTTV and DIRECTV.
YTTV does not provide TVE access to Science network.
I do have a Source for YTTV but from years ago for a Free 7 day trial.(It worked!).
I'm afraid to Disable and for sure will not delete because some day I may switch to YTTV and I know of the issues with getting YTTV cranked up.
And yes you are correct sir, I should submit diagnostics but have only done that once a few years ago.
Because CDVR for me is VERY stable, this DTVstream issue is the first pblm I've ever had with that.
You can now disable a source from the DVR web UI Settings > Sources.
It just basically pauses it and will stop pulling guide data and disable streaming/recording for that sources channels.
You won't lose anything by disabling it. It can be re-enabled at any time.
Disabled.... If I have future YTTV problems... Men in Black will visit you
