Fortunately I setup ADBTuner as a backup many months ago. Occasionally have hiccups with that, but should serve as an adequate backup until this get resolved.

Same here. Nothing we can do but wait for Fubo and/or ABC/ESPN to fix the issue or put in a ticket with their support.
I opened a support ticket with them as well. Someone on the engineering team responded and said the change happened on Disney’s end. They’re trying to figure out next steps but don’t have a timeline on resolution yet. The response I got did make it seem like the intent was to fix it though for what it’s worth.
Kinda ironic given Disney broke something that Fubo relies on given Disney is in the middle of buying Fubo.

Both ESPN and ABC started working for me within the last hour. All should be good again.

Confirmed, working for me as well.
Now Disney is on the other side of the negotiating table after the Disney/YouTube TV negotiations.
Too many big players.

It seems that ESPN is missing from Fubo's TVE channels. I've rescanned Fubo in Channels and it's just not there.
Did you try rescanning just the ESPN channel you're missing?
Source > 
Manage > Rescan Channels
Does it give you a checkmark or error message?

I'm getting ESPN static channels through Eplustv on Fubo TV.
Seems to be working good on this end.
There is simply none of those channels listed within the FuboTV source listing. did "Rescan all". I was able to watch the 49ers game on the Fubo app, so my account is working.
The log gives some hints:

The news plus sports doesn't include TVE access.

I'm assuming you mean Linear channels.
And what does the EPlusTV Project have to do with Channels DVR TVE using Provider-FuboTV ?
I get ESPN channels with the EPlusTV Project using YTTV as a Provider, but that has nothing to do with this.

I'm using FUBO with TVE on eplustv and natively on Channels with TVE.
IThe least expensive plan offered by Fubo in some markets doesn't include TVE whitch is what channels and the other app use for getting ESPN.
