Using the latest pre-release build 2026.08.29.2212 was able to scan the spectrum channels... happy to see this was fixed.
Even with the scan now working, I'm still getting east coast TLC. In the past (prior to all the TVE issues) this wasn't a problem... it would load the correct guide data (for me is west coast). Viewing the Spectrum guide directly it's listed as TLCPHD... but the Channels TVE scan brings it in as TLCHD. Since it's a TVE source, we don't have the option of adjusting the channel identification/selection (other sources let you individually select/fix anything that doesn't match correctly). Is anyone else seeing this TLC guide misalignment? Will this be addressed in another pre-release? Any guidance/help is appreciated.
I only get 6105 TLC in my lineup, and I'm west coast.
But then I don't watch the channel, so wouldn't know if the guide is off.
With the latest pre-release update, I do get the channel 6105 TLC, but when I check it against the Spectrum app and TLC online guide, it's the wrong guide data (it's east coast).
I used to get the correct guide data until all the TVE issues over the last few months.
Did you actually watch the channel to see if it matches the guide data you get?
Maybe you're getting the East coast feed and the East coast guide data, like me.

@chDVRuser, I can't thank you enough for pointing out the obvious. I checked TLC online, the Spectrum guide, etc... and the TVE channel streaming for Spectrum is truly east coast. I was matching the guides and couldn't get them to line-up, but apparently when you add the channel via TVE it's different than watching it directly through Spectrum... I never would have guessed that. This appears to be working fine and I just didn't realize it ... thank you so much!
I lost some of my Spectrum channels tonight and they wouldn't reauthorize when I scanned them, so I updated to the latest pre-release which is now 2026.08.30.2236. It still couldn't detect them, so I deleted and added the source again. Now I can't get any Spectrum channels. Just like a couple of weeks ago, I am getting the Blocked by Spectrum: their bot detection rejected the sign-in (IDID-4000). Please try again later message.
After too many authorization attempts, Spectrum will block the scans. Normally you can try again the next day. Once you do a scan and get most (some might still throw errors), rather than doing another full scan, just re-scan those individual channels.

All of this is happening to me now, too, so yay!
With my Cox id-based lineup, most everything lost its connection overnight and I had to force a manual reconnection by faking a password change. I was able to get everything back except FS1/2, which are giving me false not entitled: mvpd: Resource is not supported by MVPD errors. I don't expect the devs to fix since Cox standalone is being retired. Interestingly enough, those stations are working elsewhere, like with EPlusTV. Also worth noting that some providers like NFL have already removed their option to select Cox, even though the Cox login still works most everywhere else, including its own watch website.
It's a safe to assume that all of those all those other websites are going to slowly remove their Cox connection, thus I decided to try to create a new TVE lineup with my migrated Spectrum login. With this new one, I appear to be locked out for the day with 26 expected stations giving me the Blocked by Spectrum: their bot detection rejected the sign-in (IDID-4004). Please try again later., so I guess I'll have to try again tomorrow!
For the record, I'm on prerelease v2026.09.14.0210.
Thanks for the heads up on this. Boy this was sudden. I noticed a couple of my fast channels stations that were authorized with cox no longer work. Did you figure out a workaround to fake a password change with the fast channels cox authorization? or was that with adb tuners using hdmi encoders?

I'm discovering that even when using the Cox login, it is parsing it back out to Spectrum's processing method before kicking back to Cox. Because of that, certain logins are not working because of how Spectrum treats a particular website. For instance, with the FoxOne stations, Spectrum treats that website as an "App" login, not a "TVE" login. Due to this, I believe you have to activate the "app" first, and then have to login in with the primary ID, not any secondary IDs. The primary ID might also be necessary for certain other websites, like with the Turner stations.
That was with Channels TVE, so I could force it to rescan the stations properly. I already reached out to @KineticMan privately about this and what was happening, so he's aware and working through some stuff.
Already on the case! Fingers crossed- looks like I'll be able to dial this into the android/firestick bridge app. Initial testing look good. And as a bonus, should be able to add TVE for Spectrum, too.
side note- I was testing YouTube TV with android/firestick bridge, and it's going to be hard no on that one. Google is some smart mofos- they use a custom wrapper around their MPEG/HLS streams that is out of my paygrade.
Here's the next monkey wrench in this equation: trying to 100% use Spectrum login won't work. Some things work directly with the Spectrum login, some specifically tell you to use your Cox login and then they work just fine (even though they redirect into a Spectrum pass-through). Basically what I think this means is that cookie sharing isn't going to always work; it totally depends upon the source. I've been re-logging into all the apps used for HENA and getting all the situations as I'm going, including what I've listed above. Overall, I believe they've found a way to make this transition as much of a mess as possible!
I also have had TV-E authentication failures, starting on Wednesday 09/16 since the Cox to Spectrum. Trying to authenticate results in Auth failed for Cox: Blocked by Spectrum: their bot detection rejected the sign-in (IDID-4000). Please try again later.
I verified I can still open the various channels' pages directly with provider sign-in.
I tried to re-auth the channels individual. That didn't work.
I tried doing a password change, but that didn't work.
I tried removing and re-adding the Source as Spectrum, but that didn't work.
I tried re-adding the Source as Cox, but it won't let me add it back in.
I upgraded to the latest Pre-release, but no change in behavior.

I unfortunately have this same exact behavior as well. Yesterday I had around half of my channels working with one source being my original Cox and another being the new Spectrum one, but as a troubleshooting measure today I removed and attempted to add back both as new source, but now I get immediately denied with the same error (or more specifically IDID-4004).
Hoping that the development team can untangle it and/or that if we try again after some time it will no longer block the login attempt.

been playing with Spectrum TVE support for Fastchannels. Here's current status (some are 100% on Spectrum to fix integration).
Spectrum TVE support:
- NBC — working
- FOX — working
- A+E (HISTORY/LIFETIME/FYI) — working
- AMCN (AMC/BBCA/IFC/WEtv) — blocked upstream (empty Adobe profile)
- Discovery — blocked upstream ("Feature Unavailable" IDID-4000)
- Warner (TNT/TBS/truTV) — blocked upstream (Cox-required)
BBCA/IFC/AMC - no issues here, only TCM -see my screenshot above, perhaps the issue is whatever fastchannles is which I really don't care about.
Here is how it auth's without creds, the COX/SPECTRUM account login is prefilled automatically (erased in yellow), If I use the secondary un/pw I created on my account page yesterday and "sign in with another account"- that now works 100% of the time today, was intermittent yesterday.
I think channels is getting stuck at that page.
Also I have never entered my main creds in any browser, app, Apple TV and Google TV devices. Apple TV and GTV will automatically sense im a Spectrum sub and ads Spectrum as my TV provider automatically- no password needed. The programmers at Spectrum really know how to code and make things seamless! -Unlike DOCKER, LEVIS, and OLD NAVY 
I’ve been a Spectrum subscriber for 15+ years. Until this summer it worked great with Channels. I started having issues in July, but, after several weeks, the Channels developers found a fix and Spectrum is working again with few issues.
