I have just installed a Nvidia Shield that is being used as a client. Installed the Channels DVR Client version 3.1.4. If I change to a Discovery Channel and watch for a few minutes, then go to a different Discovery Channel and watch. A third Discovery Channel results in a 403 number of streams exceeded message. It seems as if the Close Connection does not result in the stream being released. From a computer I then went to the watch.Spectrum.net page, viewed the channel(s) and switched to other channels. After doing that the stream limit appeared to be reset. Any ideas about what may be happening and how to fix this issue?
