I currently have Spectrum TV Stream service which includes 85+ channels... including things like C-SPAN, Hallmark Family, Great American Family, and NewMax, which are not even showing up in the scan list or showing up as not authorized when I scan the channels. Other channels in the service are coming up fine. Why are these not working? Is the TV Everywhere channel list out of date?

same here.I dbl checked to make sure spectrum didnt force password change and the didnt as same password works in the app w/o error msg.Hopefully channels team will fix it soon.Its definitly a spectrum authentication problem.Directv login is working np and getting all the tve channels np
Yeah, I checked that I can watch those channels through the Spectrum web site, but don't authenticate.
Some channels don't even show up on the scan list...like Great American Family...so I don't even know why that's not connecting, whether authentication or other issue.
From the Channels TVE troubleshooting page, you can enter the service provider and click to check availability and Hallmark Family link actually jumps back to Channels... so that's broken. If that link is being pulled from the TVE database, that might explain why that channel scan doesn't work.
What else can I do to help troubleshoot?
You need to check the Network Live website, not your Provider website.

I think they need to change the Check Availability link for Hallmark Family to point to https://www.watchhallmarktv.com/channels

Newsmax also isn't avaible via TVE. You need a HDMI encoder and ah4c in order to pipe those channels in. Doesn't matter how many channels you got on your package, if it can't be viewed on TVE and is DRM-d, then its not there and you need extra tools to view it @fredster
