This is for the fire tv 4k. I frequently walk into my bedroom to find my wife asleep with the TV screen froze on one frame. What appears to happen is a recording plays all the way through and then freezes on the last frame. This then appears to prevent the fire tv from going into any sort of sleep mode or screensaver. Maybe automatically exit back to the main channels screen after a recording play is completed?
