The playback of recorded video is just a little slower than the audio and then it either jumps video to resync or resyncs if I rewind. When watching live video the audio seems to cut in and out. I've tried both hybrid and software decoding (hardware results in only audio playback). This is on a Kindle Fire (I believe it also happens on Fire TV and Firestick as well but I'll need to check), but the playback is amazing on my Android phone.
