Hulu live was failing to authenticate, so I deleted it from sources and when trying to add it, it fails. I see that this has been an issue in 2020 and 2022, but can't find how to resolve it.
Is Hulu no longer accessible by Channels?
Thank you.

I am seeing this same issue. The screenshot show an empty email field even though I filled that out when setting up the source.
If you still have the issue after updating to the latest DVR server pre-release version
then from the DVR web admin UI, run Support > Troubleshooting to see if it flags any issues. If not, submit diagnostics like Rice did.
I submitted logs as 56c59af9-1b05-4e5b-89a1-b6fc7d076334
In the log I see this:

Just a guess, but they may have to update it to a newer version.
What are you running Channels DVR Server on?
In my case, I am at the latest pre-release and had previously logged in to Hulu using Chrome. I started seein issues with recordings yesterday afternoon. I have submitted the logs.
Jim
I don’t think chrome version is the culprit this time around. My guess is the Hulu page changed.

I'm using Windows 10 Pro. I'm not sure how to locate the latest DVR server pre-release version. I found links to older versions. Is there a path to find it in the menu system?
We’re aware of the issue and are looking into it.
Here
@maddox this may have to do with the disney integration with Hulu. I had an issue where I had to create a new password to login to the hulu app (for ADBTuner setup). As soon as I did that I updated my password for TVE in Channels and did a rescan. Now I get the same thing:

That’s what we think too.
This may fix the Hulu login issue.
Looks good. My attempt to add Hulu has succeeded using 2024.05.16.2241.
Fast work! Thanks.
@eric No go for me... I get the 2fa email with the OTP but channels never prompts me to enter it. Then a few seconds after I get 1 OTP email I get 4 more. Ive tried this on my channels docker container as well as my stand alone channels server.
Also the multiple 2fa emails causes my account to become locked and I keep having to reset my password. So I login to hulu.com and make sure my new password works. Update channels source with new password. Then I scan and get 5 OTP emails in my inbox. Channels logs show incorrect password. Then I try to log out and back into hulu.com and I get a password error

It does not appear there's anything we can do about this — it's just something that Hulu is doing.
