I am also on the Grandfathered Plan and I am showing 133 Channels but have not scanned in a while.

For Locals I also get the three ABC, FOX, NBC (6000-6002) here in Los Angeles. And I like the 24/7 KTLA 5 News at the bottom of the list. But I also use LOCAST for a $5/month donation. I get all of the locals (CBS, NBC, ABC, KTLA, FOX) for a total of 55. My wife likes some of the old shows that are on LOCAST. Well worth the $5. Not available everywhere though.

PS Vue was the only streaming service to have TVE Access to CNN and the others that go with it you mentioned. The only others that offer access is the CABLE/SAT/FiOS credentials.

I had been on AT&T TV Now for about two years, but cancelled it last month. I was grandfathered on a $40/month plan, but had been hit with two price hikes in about 4 months. The service had always sucked - but the price for that channel line up was hard to beat. Well they erased their price advantage, so dumping it was an easy choice.

I signed up with Sling TV, and got an HDHomeRun to pull in local channels OTA. I was up to $65/month on AT&T - which was only going to keep going up - and I'm at $43/month now with Sling and the Channels guide subscription. Very happy.

I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong here. I try to sign into AT&T TV NOW with my credentials and the page stays on the “verifying log in” window. It never goes past this, and I’ve left it run overnight. No issues with Philo or Locast. Any ideas?

Try rebooting the shield. If that doesn't work click Help > Submit Diagnostics and email us.

I started getting this error last night. I tried those channels in the ATT TV App and they work. Not sure if all channels have this problem or not because I also have Hulu Live TV and this is first in the sources. So only channels not on Hulu are used via TVE-ATTOTT.

I will reboot now check if that helps but any idea why it would happen now. The DVR/TVE is in the same location as the Apple TV for the ATT TV Native App.

I rescanned and TVLANDP (pacific) is working but not PARAMOUNT. Maybe they changed the web access (TVE)?

I had this issue yesterday/today, too. You need to individually rescan the Eastern feed, as the Pacific won't scan.

Thanks and I was able to manually rescan Eastern Feed but it does not play the show (and no channel guide yet but could be expected).

I also made it a favorite so I could test under On Now on the DVR Web Interface which gives a different error.

Are you actually able to watch the shows? Did you rescan the TV Guide?

Yes, I rescanned and downloaded guide updates. I can watch all ViacomCBS channels; all but Paramount are Pacific. I manually rescanned every channel, and then did Paramount (because it errored because of location). We'll see what happens next month when channels need to re-auth their cookies.

(BTW, I'm using DirecTV credentials, but posted here because DirecTV and AT&T use the same auth backends, and the problem with Paramount matches mine exactly.)

However, I did try the channel web interface and it is working. So strange:

  2. So, I decided to rescan the west coast feed and it is now working?

Did Channels Developers do anything? Also, appears I got 1 (or 2) additional channels in my AT&T Lineup not related to above but I do not know what they are?

Can anyone goto https://www.foxsportsgo.com and see if they can watch Fox Sports Southeast? I can watch FS1 and FS2 just not the southeast.

If I login to my AT&T TV Now app on my phone or Apple TV I can watch just fine. It seems the TVE for Fox Sports SouthEast has been removed.

Anyone else can confirm this? I tried this morning to rescan FoxSports South and FoxSports Southeast. It is still not working. I hope AT&T didn't silently drop these channels from TVE.

If you haven’t already click AND HOLD the check for update button on the DVR web interface. After it updates to the latest prerelease, scan the individual channels and see if they come back.

I am on the latest version as of this writing, 2020.10.14.0009. Still not working. When I check the foxsportgo.com website and login with my AT&T TV credentials I notice that the fox sports southeast and south channels go missing. So, I suspect that AT&T TV no longer supports the TVE versions of those channels. Didn't see a press release on it.

@Macnbaish Do you have AT&T TV in the and reside in the south east? Can your check foxsportsgo.com and see if you have access?

I have no problems getting the channels through the AT&T TV app on Phone or Apple TV app. It just through TVE. I think they silently dropped support via TVE.

Troubleshooting was to go to foxsportsgo.com and see that all channels are locked. Then sign with AT&T TV Login and see that not all channels are available.

These channels where working about 3 weeks ago, but I noticed that some recordings were failing and it was because I was not entitled to these channels via TVE, as reported by channels DVR. And then I did the troubleshooting to see if I could use the foxsportgo.com or foxsportgo iPhone app. I cannot access those channels via foxsportsGO and longer and therefor not available in channelsDVR.

I was asking to see if others are experience this problem. I guess next step would be to contact AT&T TV and see if they can tell me.

Was wondering if the fact Sinclair owns most of the FSN Regionals and has launched Stirr if they're pulling the TVE access on purpose.
