Provider - Sling TV

SlingTV doesn't offer TVE access to CNN
See https://getchannels.com/docs/channels-dvr-server/tv-everywhere/availability/#slingtv

All NBCU channels (including MSNBC) were removed April 2023 due to DRM

Thanks for putting me in the right place..
I'll search for ADBTuner, chrome capture, HDMI encoder and take a look there. I realized I already have MSNBC via the NBC channels but for whatever reason it isn't showing up in the guide.

I'm looking to drop YTTV because it is now $84 and Sling is much less, especially if I dust off my HDHR Quad Tuners for the locals. I do need a spectrum of news streams and can easily watch them on the native Sling App if the ADBTuner, chrome capture, HDMI encoder solutions don't pan out.

Would someone with Sling using TVE check and see if FS1 is still available? I just resubscribed (for FS1) and I'm not able to add it permissions] (and the Channels TVE chart doesn't show it) when I've had no trouble for the last few years.

Working here. Try re scanning channels.

Can you authenticate with your Sling TV credentials and watch it at Watch FS1 Live | Stream Games & Shows on FS1 | FOX Sports
Click SIGN IN (on the left) then TV Provider Sign In

I can login/authenticate with the browser to the site. Scanning with Channels gets me: not entitled: mvpd: Resource is not supported by MVPD

Did you try rescanning just that one channel in Channels DVR?

Manage lineup. Click scan. Click Rescan.
Spins.

I saw that a new free MotoGP channel launched and is available through a variety of sources including Sling. I haven't used Sling for a bit, but logged in online and could see the channel through my browser on Freestream. I added Sling as a source to my server and it found 68 free channels but no MotoGP. Any suggestions?

Sling is probably the worst when it comes to TVE access in CDVR https://getchannels.com/docs/channels-dvr-server/tv-everywhere/availability/#slingtv
Besides, the MotoGP FAST channel isn't one of the channels available in the Channels DVR TVE free tier of FAST channels.

The channel will be widely available on leading streaming services, including Prime Video, LG Channels, FireTV, FuboTV, Plex and Sling Freestream.

Maybe you can pick it up using Plex TV Plex Live TV Channels M3U?

Thanks - just looking up the various options now. First I'm checking on the Fubo thread to see if it's live and TVE enabled there.

Sling just added a new $20 select plan which includes a handful of channels, mostly FOX channels like FS1 and FX. I signed up for that, plus the Sports Extra pack for $11, and now I brought in FS1, FS2, and BTN into my TVE in Channels DVR to complete the sports networks I need for CFB season. It also comes with Red Zone (in the Sling app, not TVE compatible I don't think). Good value for me.

I just learned about that Sling plan recently; looks like a response to the Fox One offering. I wish you could get that without the local channel streams: that adds $10 a month in my area and I already get those OTA. Fox One doesn't work with Channels, yet, though. Decisions, decisions...
