Wonder if it's anything to do with the guide data from this coming Saturday onwards going AWOL?
Crikey, that doesn't look good - just deleted and re-downloaded the DB, still all TBA as you say after Saturday!
Has this been raised with Gracenote, @tmm1?
Ah, I see there is another thread:
Looks like my logos are all back again this evening, was making me twitch!
All apart from Film4 HD and Talking Pictures - but BBC 2 HD and Quest HD are back.
Oh, no, delete and refresh logos and Film 4 HD and Talking Pictures are back... CBS Justice now the only (new) one missing.
Will check in a bit, my channels app on fire tv has been a bit sluggish tonight. It just cut out in the middle of watching the one show.
Serves you right for watching The One Show!
Somethings really wrong, the cache on the firestick is over 500mb
Im still having issues with a few channels. The logos appear again when I search for the channel lineup but when selected they are blank. Have done a delete and recreate database and logo update.
Deleting the tmsimg folder and refreshing station logos seems to have brought back the logos now
I'm still missing some and some others are white or light colored on a white background making them impossible to see. Here's my Discovery HD logo
I've twice deleted the Images/tmsimg directory and then did Refresh Station Logos. No help.
Maybe try delete the folder and then delete and recreate database.
I think if we get any logo at all that’s what they supply. I have always had logos that are hard to see. Sometimes you might be able to get logos by switching the guide to the SD version rather than HD.
Here's a sample of channels currently missing their channel logo.
"Station" and "Logo" are from my http://x:8089/devices/ANY/channels
If I view the "Logo" url, it is correct, but the logo doesn't appear in the guide or guide mapper.
Heroes & Icons HEROICN
63012
https://tmsimg.fancybits.co/assets/s90401_ll_h15_ad.png?w=360&h=270"
Sportman Channel SPRTMAN
33930
https://tmsimg.fancybits.co/assets/s33930_ll_h15_ad.png?w=360&h=270"
Animal Planet (Pacific) APLHDP
68785
https://tmsimg.fancybits.co/assets/s57394_ll_h9_ad.png?w=360&h=270"
Disney (Pacific) DISNHDP
63320
https://tmsimg.fancybits.co/assets/s59684_ll_h15_ad.png?w=360&h=270"
Lifetime (Pacific) LIFEPHD
60250
https://tmsimg.fancybits.co/assets/s60150_ll_h15_ad.png?w=360&h=270"
Just noticed I have the same Disney channel on my TVE channel 6121 and it shows the channel logo.
Same Station ID and Logo url as the one above for my HDHR Prime lineup.
Disney (Pacific) DISNEYP
63320
https://tmsimg.fancybits.co/assets/s59684_ll_h15_ad.png?w=360&h=270"
Hmmm, so your channels json output doesn't have w=
at the end of each image url?
That's what I see:
21596
https://tmsimg.fancybits.co/assets/s18633_ll_h15_ac.png?w=360&h=270"
Sorry, yes they did end with ?w=360&h=270. I chopped the width and height off for posting, will fix my post now.
If you click these links, which ones load an image?
http://192.168.1.3:8089/tmsimg/assets/s57394_ll_h9_ad.png?w=360
https://tmsimg.fancybits.co/assets/s57394_ll_h9_ad.png?w=360
They all load an image.
Including if I change the first one to point to my other NAS.

Like I said
The TVE East coast Animal Planet logo shows on my TVE guide and guide mapper

The CABLE West coast Animal Planet logo does NOT show on my CABLE guide and guide mapper

Only difference I can see is Station.
So this got me thinking what if Channels DVR is actually using the Station ID for the logo.
https://tmsimg.fancybits.co/assets/s68785_ll_h9_ad.png?w=360&h=270 is a 1x1 pixel image
Figured it out.
Forgot to exclude 192.168.1.4 from uBlock Origin
EasyList Filter was blocking '_ad.png?' in the url
I apologize for wasting your time on this one. At lease I know uBlock Origin is working.
I have just ran an update and a lot of the UK and Ireland logos have updated and are much easier to see. A couple that need changing though is Virgin Media One (VM1IRE) now has a +1 in the logo indicating it’s the +1 hour version and BBC 1 Northern Ireland (BC1NIIR) and BBC 2 Northern Ireland (BBC2NI) no longer have “Northern Ireland” in their logos. Overall though it’s a nice improvement. ITV logo is much better.
I am missing OTA logo’s in the quick guide. I have some logos for the TVE channels that show up on quick guide (on TVE on the missing logo’s you can faintly seem, but the black background overrides them.. All logo’s are showing in normal guide. Are the logo’s supposed to show up in quick guide and if they are how do I fix that?
Using latest ATV. Thanks!
